At Sutra Salon our business is primarily appointment based. Because your services are reserved for you, we ask that you please adhere to our cancellation policy.

We kindly request a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Any single appointment not cancelled within 12 hours will result in full service charge.

Multiple salon service packages including but not limited to Kertain Services, Japanese Straightening Service etc., must be held with a credit card. Multiple services not cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in full service charge or gift cards/certificates will be voided.

Hair Extension Services require a 50% Deposit when appointment is reserved.

In the event a guest is a no-show for a scheduled appointment , the full-fee of the service(s) will be charged.

Due to a high volume of New Client no-shows we now require a 20% credit card deposit to reserve your first visit. The deposit will be used towards your service(s) on the day of your appointment.

Due to scheduling commitments to our staff and other guests, we will reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late. To avoid delaying our next guest, your service will need to end on time regardless of when you arrived.

Our cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, and keep our staff’s schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
